VASCO AIR CARGO (VAC) is the new trademark with which the VASCO Group exclusively manages its partnership with the airline Binter to develop air transport services connecting all the airports around the Canary Islands and several airports in mainland Spain, thus combining the strength and flexibility of two companies currently engaged in a process of expansion, with a stable and strong trajectory in the world of transport. VASCO’s more than 50 years of experience and logistical knowledge are combining with Binter’s more than 30 years’ experience in passenger transport and commercial activity.

This service operates from secondary mainland airports (initially Vitoria and Zaragoza but new airports will be added shortly) thus avoiding the congestion, times and problems associated with major hubs like Madrid and Barcelona. This cargo service offers customers in different geographical areas more agile and flexible responses to their needs through airports closer to their locations, supported by personnel and a structure focused solely on their transport projects.

The fact that this development comes from a leading airline in intra-island transport in the Canary Islands allows us to manage cargo at all eight airports in the Canary Islands (El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Tenerife Norte and Tenerife Sur, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma and Lanzarote) thanks to Binter’s structure and flights, which depart almost continuously to ensure that we can cover logistics operations on any island with unbeatable efficiency.
