We presented our most global logistics offer in Shanghai and consolidated our position in China

In VASCO, we kicked off November by travelling to a distant land. All the way to Shanghai, no less, to the renowned China International Import Expo to showcase our most global logistics offer. VASCO had a large stand at the exhibition to present our experience, spanning more than 50 years in the logistics and international transport sector. Representatives of the VASCO management team attended the event: Jon Azarloza, Group CEO, Mikel Urrutia, General Manager of Vasco Shipping, Cristina Redondo, Vice Manager of Vasco Shipping, Pedro Medrano – General Manager of Vasco Catalana de Consignaciones and Freddy Witty, Head of the Chartering Division (Break Bulk).

It was an exceptional opportunity for our group to showcase the global logistics intelligence services of our different companies around the world. Because we have always had an international vision; it is the hallmark of our identity and philosophy. The Expo was also a unique opportunity to strengthen our historic relationship with our partners at COSCO, which dates back to the beginnings of our group and its extensive experience in international shipping, strengthening VASCO’s positioning in the Chinese market year after year.

At this sixth edition of the China International Import Expo, the management team from VASCO took part in various networking activities with leading international companies and also consolidated our institutional and commercial relations.

Opening up to new horizons has allowed VASCO to move with the times as a global family business, as it proved once again at this event. We are very satisfied with our involvement in this meeting, which has helped the whole team to share and consolidate knowledge about logistics trends and new technology, one of the cornerstones of our commitment to excellence.
